Job summary

HH ALL VENTURES ENTERPRISES CORP. in Davao is seeking a dynamic Distributor Sales Representative (Motorcycle Sales) to drive motorcycle sales and expand our distributor network. You will build relationships with distributors, present products, and negotiate profitable deals to hit sales targets.

The role requires 2+ years of sales experience, deep product knowledge, and strong communication skills. Travel within the Davao region and a valid driver's license are expected.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new distributor accounts and opportunities within the Davao region
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing distributors and key clients
• Present and demonstrate motorcycle products to potential and existing distributors, highlighting features, benefits and competitive advantages
• Negotiate sales contracts and terms with distributors to secure profitable deals
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals
• Provide product knowledge and support to distributors to enhance their selling capabilities
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify sales opportunities
• Prepare accurate sales proposals, quotations and reports for management review
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions and industry events to promote products and generate leads
• Provide excellent after-sales support and address distributor concerns promptly

About the role

HH ALL VENTURES ENTERPRISES CORP. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Distributor Sales Representative (Motorcycle Sales) to join our sales team in Davao. This is a full-time position based in Davao, where you will play a crucial role in driving motorcycle sales and building strong relationships with our distributor network. As a key member of our sales division, you will be responsible for expanding our market presence and achieving sales targets whilst maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

What we're looking for

• 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in motorcycle sales, automotive or related industries
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Strong knowledge of motorcycle products, features and market segments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
• Proficiency in negotiation and closing deals
• Ability to work independently whilst being part of a collaborative sales team
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within the Davao region
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, marketing or related field (preferred)
• Fluency in English and Filipino; additional language skills are a plus
