About the role

Abenson Ventures, Inc. is looking for an experienced and driven Sales Supervisor to join our Motorcycle Division in Metro Manila. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and supporting the sales team, driving sales performance, and ensuring that targets and business goals are achieved. This is a full-time, on-site position that will contribute to the continued growth and success of MOTORPRO, our Motorcycle Division.

What you'll be doing

1. Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans.

3. Monitor daily sales performance and provide coaching to improve team productivity.

4. Analyze sales results and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.

5. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.

6. Coordinate with the Marketing Team on promotional activities and sales initiatives.

7. Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.

8. Ensure that the team follows company policies, procedures, and industry standards.

What we're looking for
