Job summary

Haleon is seeking a Distributor Manager to streamline distributor operations and optimize General Trade performance. You will design processes, scorecards, and contract frameworks while partnering with Procurement and cross-functional teams to drive compliance and term renegotiations.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in distributor management within FMCG, strong analytical and stakeholder skills, and a track record of delivering multi-project scopes in a matrix environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in General Trade management.
• Experience in managing distributor operations within MNC or FMCG environments.
• Strong stakeholder management in a matrix organization.
• Proven ability to scope and deliver projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage processes, procedures, supplier segmentation, KPI development, scorecards, and contract management.
• Collaborate with Procurement and Strategic Partnering teams to review compliance and negotiate terms.
• Create documentation and knowledge materials for day-to-day operations.
