Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in managing distributor operations in MNC or FMCG companies.
• General Trade experience - dynamics of area, channels and key customers.
• Sales Forecasting.
• Financial and Commercial knowledge.
• Negotiation and Influencing skills.
• Analytical, Good Communication and Presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Strategic Partnering team to implement best practices for the on-going management of the Strategic Partners & Advocates.
• Partner with Procurement, Advocates and the Strategic Partnering team to review compliance, assess risk, negotiate business terms with Partners.
• Participate and support the implementation of internal processes and policies with adequate controls.
• Create procedural documentation and job aids for a knowledge library that can be leveraged by the business for day-to-day operations.
• Maintain current industry knowledge of Distributor and Channel Performance Management, assist leadership with managing ongoing road-map and technology vision.
• Ensure timely payments of channel and account invoices and claims while maintaining accurate records.
