Job summary

Haleon is seeking a Distributor Manager to lead distributor operations, develop KPIs, and implement robust processes across strategic partners. You will collaborate with Procurement, Advocates, and internal teams to review compliance, negotiate terms, and drive performance improvements.

The role involves creating documentation, managing scorecards, and supporting executive reviews, while ensuring data integrity for partner performance and accountability metrics.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of distributor operations management experience in FMCG or multinational settings.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills with stakeholders across functions.
• Analytical mindset with good communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage processes, procedures, and KPI development for distributor management.
• Review compliance, assess risk, and negotiate business terms with partners.
• Implement internal processes and controls with documented procedures.
• Develop knowledge library with job aids for day-to-day operations.
• Monitor distributor and channel performance, road-map, and technology vision.
• Ensure timely payments and maintain accurate records for invoices and claims.
• Identify escalations and resolutions with strategic partners.
• Collaborate with auditors during annual audits.
• Prepare engagement materials for Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews and Executive Reviews.
• Support content creation for QBRs and executive briefings.
• Validate spend data for quarterly and executive reviews.
• Ensure partner data supports KPI evaluation and scorecards.
• Coordinate annual Strategic Partnering Summit setup.
