Job summary

Haleon is seeking a Distributor Manager in Manila to lead distributor operations and drive performance improvements across the partner network. You will develop processes, KPI dashboards, scorecards and contract terms, collaborating with Procurement and Strategic Partnering to ensure compliant, efficient operations.

The role requires strong experience in General Trade, strategic partnering, and project delivery, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced FMCG

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of General Trade management experience.
• Strong stakeholder management in a matrix environment.
• Experience scoping and delivering projects.

Responsibilities

• Support Partnering team to implement best practices in distributor and partner management.
• Review compliance, assess risk, negotiate business terms with partners.
• Create procedural documentation and knowledge library for day-to-day operations.
• Maintain industry knowledge of distributor/channel performance; support roadmap and tech vision.
