Asia Brewery Incorporated is seeking a distributor-focused role to develop the distributor network, drive sales objectives, and ensure efficient product distribution in the assigned area.

The role requires strong FMCG experience, distributor management know-how, and a track record in coordinating with internal teams. Monday to Saturday work schedule applies, with emphasis on achieving timely deliveries and market growth.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• At least 5 years of solid sales experience, preferably FMCG.
• Knowledge in sales distribution, customer service systems, and sales operations management.
• Holder of Driver’s License with AB restriction code.
• Experience as Distributor Manager or managing distributor companies.

Responsabilidades

• Distributor Development: build distributor organization to meet sales and performance goals.
• Liaison Role: act as the link between distributor and ABI personnel.
• Program Implementation: lead business development programs for distributor operations.
• Sales Management: ensure effective selling-in and maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Distribution Monitoring: oversee forecasting, product availability, and delivery coordination.
