Job summary

Peerless Products Manufacturing Corporation is seeking a Distributor Manager for Western Visayas to lead distributor performance and drive sales targets. You will develop strategies, manage trade programs, and coordinate with distributors to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual volume plans.

Responsibilities include training distributor sales personnel, improving product availability and visibility, and leading business reviews and S&OP meetings to sustain growth in the Panay/Iloilo region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course.
• 3–5 years of experience in a distribution or sales executive role.
• Experience handling Panay/Iloilo area.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets, profitability, and distributor performance.
• Plan and execute area initiatives and distributor sales strategies.
• Drive product availability and visibility according to standards; lead TBIs and S&OP meetings with distributor management.
• Conduct field trainings, document learnings, and address performance gaps with training programs.
