Job summary

Oxford Distributions, Inc. is seeking a candidate to teach and coach Area Distributor Sales Personnel (DSP) and drive achievement of sales objectives across Trade channels.

The role focuses on executing market programs and presenting channel proposals for approval by the Area Manager and GT Channel Head. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record in fast-moving consumer goods sales and be able to analyze processes, solve problems, and work under pressure with integrity and effective

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
• Will handle NCR.
• Must have at least 3 years selling experience specializing in general trade accounts and other channels of distribution preferably selling fast-moving consumer goods.
• Knows how to drive (with valid Driver’s License RC 1 2).
• Able to demonstrate innovation and good judgment; has sufficient problem solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent ability to analyze and improve work processes and policies
• Works well under pressure, has professional conduct, and with good communication skills
• Honest and trustworthy

Responsibilities

• Teaching and coaching Area Distributor Sales Personnel (DSP)
• Achievement of sales objectives (Sales To Trade, Reach, Must Carry based on Must Execute Daily, Opening of New Channel/s)
• Ensures market program execution
• Create and present proposals/desired programs per Sales channel to the Area Manager and GT Channel Head for approval

Education
