Job summary

Fly Ace Corp. in Pasay, Metro Manila is seeking a field sales professional to drive distributor relationships and execute route-to-market strategies.

The role requires coordinating with merchants and agencies to meet program goals and manage budgets and assets effectively. Responsibilities include driving AR collections, monitoring trade activities, and implementing programs to improve distributor performance and territory coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years in sales, preferably FMGC industry.
• Strong background in handling distributors and sales operations.
• Experience in managing and monitoring sales programs and merchandising initiatives.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Execute projects, programs and standards set by the sales management team and provide feedback from insights gathered.
• Set, track, coach distributor and DSP towards success in covering identified opportunities and ensure strategy goals are attained.
• Interact with Merch counterparts and third party agencies to ensure goals are achieved and set properly.
• Implement and control AR collection and submission of claims.
• Practice prudence in approved budgets in trade and ensure asset management compliance.
• Implement programs to control returns ratio through distributor management.

Job description

• Execute the projects, programs and standards set by the sales management team and provide feedback on the insights gathered from the same
• Set, track, measure and coach the Distributor and the DSP towards success in covering the identified opportunities and ensure that the goal of the strategy is attained
• Interact and work with Merch counterparts and third party agencies to ensure that set goals are achieved and set properly
• Implement and control the AR collection and submission of claims
• Practice prudence in implementing the approved budgets in the trade and ensure compliance in managing assets within their possession
• Implement program, activities and directives that will control the returns ratio through effective Distributor management
• Execute the projects, programs and standards set by the sales management team and provide feedback on the insights gathered from the same.
• Execute the programs that will improve the understanding of the business of the distributor, grow the routes in the territory and improve ways of selling in their territory.

Qualification:

• Must be a Bachelor Graduate or equivalent.
• With at least 3 years of experience in the sales industry preferably in the FMGC Industry or equivalent.
• Strong background in handling distributors, sales operations, and route-to-market execution.
• Experience in managing and monitoring sales programs, trade activities, and merchandising initiatives.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willing to do fieldwork and travel within assigned territories as needed.
