Job summary

Fly Ace Corporation is seeking a field-oriented Sales professional in Metro Manila with a minimum of 3 years experience in FMCG distribution to drive route-to-market execution and distributor engagement.

You will execute sales programs, monitor budgets, and coordinate with merchandising and third-party agencies to hit targets and maximize territory opportunities. Willingness to travel within assigned territories is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years in sales, preferably FMGC.
• Strong background in distributors, sales operations and RTM.

Responsibilities

• Execute the projects, programs and standards set by the sales management team and provide feedback on the insights gathered from the same.
• Set, track, measure and coach the Distributor and the DSP towards success in covering the identified opportunities and ensure that the goal of the strategy is attained
• Interact and work with Merch counterparts and third party agencies to ensure that set goals are achieved and set properly
• Implement and control the AR collection and submission of claims
• Practice prudence in implementing the approved budgets in the trade and ensure compliance in managing assets within their possession
• Implement program, activities and directives that will control the returns ratio through effective Distributor management

• Execute the programs that will improve the understanding of the business of the distributor, grow the routes in the territory and improve ways of selling in their territory.

Qualification:

2. With at least 3 years of experience in the sales industry preferably in the FMGC Industry or equivalent.
3. Strong background in handling distributors, sales operations, and route-to-market execution.
4. Experience in managing and monitoring sales programs, trade activities, and merchandising initiatives.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
6. Willing to do fieldwork and travel within assigned territories as needed.
