Job summary

Fly Ace Corporation in Pasay, Metro Manila is seeking a Distributor Development Specialist to optimize distributor relationships, drive route-to-market execution, and support sales programs across the North GMA region. You will implement and monitor programs, coach distributors toward achievement, coordinate with Merch and third-party agencies, and ensure timely collection of claims and budget discipline.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, at least 3 years in sales (FMGC preferred),

Qualifications

• Bachelor graduate or equivalent.
• At least 3 years in sales, preferably FMGC.
• Strong background in handling distributors, sales ops, and route-to-market execution.
• Experience managing and monitoring sales programs, trade activities, and merchandising.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willing to do fieldwork and travel within assigned territories as needed.

Responsibilities

• Execute projects, programs and standards set by the sales management team and provide feedback on the insights gathered from the same.
• Set, track, measure and coach the Distributor and the DSP towards success in covering the identified opportunities and ensure that the goal of the strategy is attained.
• Interact and work with Merch counterparts and third party agencies to ensure that set goals are achieved and set properly.
• Implement and control the AR collection and submission of claims.
• Practice prudence in implementing the approved budgets in the trade and ensure compliance in managing assets within their possession.
• Implement program, activities and directives that will control the returns ratio through effective Distributor management.

• Execute the programs that will improve the understanding of the business of the distributor, grow the routes in the territory and improve ways of selling in their territory.

5. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
6. Willing to do fieldwork and travel within assigned territories as needed.
