Century Pacific Food, Inc. is seeking a Distribution Planning Officer to oversee DRP planning across our supply network, ensuring efficient flow from manufacturing to customers using forecasting data and replenishment tools.

The role requires 3+ years in distribution planning or logistics, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and full onsite work in Pasig. Collaboration with procurement, production, and logistics is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in distribution planning, supply chain, or logistics; 1–2 years in a supervisory role preferred.
• Willing to work fully onsite in Pinagbuhatan, Pasig (Mondays to Fridays, 8:30AM - 6:30PM).

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and monitor DRP schedule to align with demand, production, and targets.
• Analyze forecasts, sales trends, and inventory to optimize replenishment and reduce stockouts.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, warehouse, and logistics for planning and execution.
• Maintain DRP parameters in ERP (lead times, safety stock, minimum orders).
• Generate reports on inventory performance, distribution plans, and KPIs.
• Support S&OP processes through collaborative forecasting inputs.
• Ensure compliance by documenting DRP procedures and inventory movements.

Job Summary:

The Distribution Resource Planning Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the planning and coordination of inventory distribution across the organization’s supply network. This role ensures the efficient flow of goods from manufacturing to distribution centers and ultimately to customers, using forecasting data, inventory analysis, and replenishment planning tools.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and monitor the DRP schedule to align with customer demand, production capabilities, and inventory targets.
• Analyze demand forecasts, sales trends, and inventory levels to optimize replenishment and reduce stockouts or excess inventory.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, warehouse, and logistics teams to align planning and execution.
• Maintain DRP parameters in the ERP system (e.g., lead times, safety stock levels, minimum order quantities).
• Generate regular reports on inventory performance, distribution plans, and KPIs.
• Support S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) processes through collaborative planning and forecasting inputs.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations by maintaining accurate documentation of DRP procedures and inventory movements.
