A leading supermarket chain is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst in Quezon City. The ideal candidate will manage replenishment plans, create purchase orders, and maintain inventory status. Successful applicants will possess at least a Bachelor’s degree and have experience in supply chain functions with strong analytical skills. Job Functions and Responsibilities:

• Reviews and analyzes auto - replenishment plans of cross - dock and stock vendors and suggests re-orders following the agreed ordering and delivery schedules.
• Performs quantity overrides for items that are on promo or on allocation.
• Create and release purchase orders to the suppliers based on the final replenishment plan.
• Maintain SKU status in JDA (Active and Inactive) based on the instruction from category buyers to manage delivery service levels.
• Coordinate with the Distribution Center for the timely and accurate dispatch of stocks to the stores.

Job Key Qualifications:

• Must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field
• Must have at least 1 year of experience in supply chain functions (demand forecasting and inventory control/management)
• Must have good analytical and problem solving skills
• Must be proficient in MS Office applications
• Must be willing to be assigned in Libis, Quezon City
