Job Description:

• Review and verify stock transfer plans created by the Supply Planning team to ensure accuracy and alignment with inventory requirements.

• Evaluate and refine monthly demand forecasts for VisMin operations to support optimal inventory levels and achieve service level objectives.

• Continuously monitor critical forecasted items to identify potential supply-demand gaps and mitigate risks proactively.

• Conduct root cause analysis of out-of-stock (OOS) and overstock issues, and recommend improvement actions to enhance forecasting effectiveness and inventory performance.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree holder with at least 2-3 years of experience in Demand and Supply Planning, including inventory management across multiple distribution centers.

• Proven experience in supply and demand coordination with principals, as well as managing inventory-related costs such as inbound logistics, local transfers, stock aging/expiry, and inventory levels.

• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights effectively through excellent verbal and written communication.

• FMCG experience is preferred; must be willing to work in a hybrid setup (2 days WFH, 3 days onsite) in Banawe, Quezon City.
