• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders on productivity and capability-building initiatives.
• Conduct business reviews, assessments, and benchmarking studies to identify best practices and improvement opportunities.
• Analyze financial and operational data to recommend actions that improve business performance and sustainability.
• Support the design and implementation of governance processes, policies, and operational standards.
• Monitor key business performance indicators and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
