Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, commerce, business administration or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in a similar role required.
• Strong knowledge of business trading terms and conditions, customer contracts & Australian property leases.
• Australian insurance requirements and renewal processes.
• P&L budgeting and forecasting; customer profitability analysis.
• Developing pricing and rates; providing financial insights to business units.

Responsibilities

• Oversee commercial strategies to drive growth and profitability across projects.
• Manage budgets, expenses, and pricing to ensure financial viability.
• Negotiate terms with clients, suppliers and stakeholders; participate in tender processes.
• Review lease agreements and insurance requirements; manage renewals.
• Analyse sales, marketing and financial data to identify improvements.
• Ensure projects meet deadlines; monitor progress and resolve commercial issues.
• Prepare executive presentations and support annual renewal cycles.
