Channel Distribution Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Distributor Core Work Process and ensure all sales KPIs and objectives are met.
• Act as a business consultant to distributor partners, providing advice on Sales, Marketing, Merchandising, and Distribution.
• Develop territory strategies, plans, and business programs aligned with regional strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Lead distributor business reviews, operational meetings, and DSP meetings.
• Collaborate with Distributor Development Managers and Distributor Operations Managers to plan and secure agreement on distributor cycle business plans and weekly KPI tracking.
• Train distributor sales personnel on the skills needed to meet business objectives.
• Report directly to the Area Channel Distribution Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree holder.
• 3–5 years of experience in General Trade Sales.
• Understanding of P&L and sales operations.
• Exceptional presentation, influencing, and communication skills.
• Ability to supervise day‑to‑day account management and ensure KPIs/targets are met.
• Knowledge of industry trends, customer needs, and the ability to align product offerings to customer benefits.
• Experience working with high KPIs and targets in a fast‑paced environment.
