Our Clients is seeking a Commercial Business Executive to drive enterprise-wide commercial strategy and growth in a highly regulated environment. The role focuses on revenue, customer acquisition, market expansion, and channel performance across the organization.

The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of leading large-scale consumer businesses, delivering sustainable growth, and transforming commercial operations with strong leadership and executive communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Economics, or related field (MBA advantageous).
• At least 15 years of progressive commercial leadership experience, including senior executive roles.
• Experience leading large-scale consumer or commercial operations in regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall commercial strategy to drive revenue, market share, and profitability.
• Lead consumer commercial operations including sales, distribution, and go-to-market execution.
• Drive customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value through strategic initiatives.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations to deliver integrated strategies.
• Oversee planning, forecasting, and performance analytics to meet targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform decisions.
• Lead transformation initiatives to improve commercial effectiveness and efficiency.
• Build and develop high-performing leadership teams with accountability and collaboration.
• Present performance and growth strategies to executive leadership.
