Job summary

Quanta Paper is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor to ensure proper implementation and monitoring of warehouse and logistics operations, including good warehouse practices, inventory management, route planning, accuracy and timeliness in order deliveries and POD accounting.

You will also manage the people reporting to you, maintain orderliness of stock inside the warehouse, orderly dispatch of deliveries, and keep loading bays, parking areas and the warehouse clean and safe.

Qualifications

• College graduate with a business-related degree.
• At least 2 years of experience in warehouse and logistics as a supervisor.
• FMCG experience is an advantage.

• Oversee warehouse and logistics operations ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and POD accounting.
• Supervise staff and maintain stock orderliness and cleanliness of warehouse, loading bays, and parking areas.

Job description

The Primary responsibility of this position is to ensure proper implementation and monitoring of warehouse and logistics operations which include:
Good warehouse practices, proper inventory management, proper route planning, accuracy, correctness and timeliness in the delivery of the orders and accounting of proofs of Deliveries or POD's.
The Secondary responsibility is management of the people reporting to him/her and to ensure the orderliness of the stocks inside the warehouse, orderliness in the dispatch of deliveries and cleanliness of the warehouse, loading bays and parking areas.

EDUCATION

College Graduate; with bachelors degree in business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or other related course.

WORK EXPERIENCE

At least 2 years’ experience in Warehouse & Logistics operations as Supervisor. FMCG experience is an advantage
