Job summary

Robinsons Appliances Corp. in the Philippines is seeking a results-driven DC Supervisor to lead end-to-end warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and service excellence across inbound, storage, inventory control, and outbound functions.

You will oversee teams, optimize workflows, apply cycle counts and SOPs, and drive continuous improvements using WMS/ERP systems to improve visibility and decision-making.

Qualifications

• College graduate with a degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 3-4 years of supervisory experience in warehouse or distribution center environments.
• Proven experience supervising warehouse operations including inbound, storage, inventory control, and outbound.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of WMS/ERP systems and warehouse best practices.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Warehouse Leadership: Oversee inbound, storage, inventory control, and outbound operations to ensure seamless flow and service quality.
• Operational Efficiency & Cost Control: Optimize workflows, manpower, and space utilization to achieve productivity targets, KPIs, SLAs, and minimize shrinkage.
• Inventory Accuracy & Compliance: Safeguard stock integrity through cycle counts, audits, and adherence to SOPs and safety standards.
• Team Leadership & Performance: Lead, coach, and motivate warehouse teams to meet goals, enhance engagement, and foster a strong performance culture.
• Continuous Improvement & Systems: Drive process improvements and leverage WMS/ERP tools for enhanced visibility, reporting, and decision-making.
