Job summary

Comglasco Aguila Glass Corporation in Cebu is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse and distribution operations, enforce SOPs, and coordinate with the Warehouse Manager to ensure on-time deliveries.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree, at least two years in a similar role, and strong multitasking, leadership, and documentation skills. You will ensure proper inventory control, safety compliance, and efficient loading/unloading processes.

• At least 2 years of work experience in warehouse supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist Warehouse Manager in all warehouse and distribution operations.
• Follow and implement the Warehouse Standard Operation Procedure.
• Supervise, plan, organize, and participate in daily warehouse operation and activities, including documentation, storage, safety and distribution of items, equipment, supplies and maintaining of stock inventory.
• Train and evaluate the performance of assigned warehouse employees; assign workloads to warehouse workers.
• Conduct daily toolbox talks for warehouse operations updates and concerns.
• Ensure MHEs and safety equipment are in good condition and used by personnel.
• Prepare delivery routes, schedule and the documents (S.I/DR/T.O) and inform warehouse dispatcher.
• Ensure all delivery schedules are dispatched and arrive on time.
• Document items for delivery with S.I/DR/T.O prior to dispatch and load to the delivery truck.
• Document MSR delivery items with Sales Invoice, Pick Ticket, Waybill, packing List prior to dispatch and load.
• Label, barcode and secure MSR items with metal straps.
• Secure MSR delivery with Bullet Seal and Container Seal before leaving warehouse.
• Observe health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe warehouse.
• Monitor attendance and schedule of warehouse staff.
• Ensure safe stock arrangement on the racking system.
• Supervise loading/unloading of items in the warehouse.
• Ensure physical inventory matches system quantity handled by Inventory Controller.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Ensure the MSR delivery are secured by Bullet Seal and Container Seal before leaving to warehouse.
• Observe health and safety regulations, maintain warehouse in a clean, safe and orderly condition
• Monitor the attendance and schedule of warehouse staff
• Ensure the safe stock arrangement on the racking system
• Supervise the loading and unloading of items inside the warehouse.
• Makes sure that physical inventory is equal to system quantity (Netsuit) being handled by the Inventory Controller.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Management
