Job summary

J&T Express is seeking a Distribution Center Supervisor to manage warehouse operations, including unloading, sorting, and loading of parcels. You will monitor performance of staff and agency hires to ensure adherence to standard procedures.

Candidates should have a strong background in logistics or e-commerce, plus 5+ years as a supervisor, and proven leadership and reporting capabilities to drive efficiency and service levels.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Warehouse Management, Business Administration, or similar field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as Supervisor, preferably in related field.
• Strong background in Logistics Operations or E-Commerce.

Responsibilities

• Oversees Distribution Center and Warehouse functions including inventory, sorting, and record keeping.
• Evaluates distribution systems, inventory management, outsourcing, and warehouse initiatives.
• Plans and leads sorting and warehouse personnel to execute tasks efficiently.
• Oversee recruitment, training, and leadership of Sorters and Warehouse staff.
• Conduct regular meetings, orientation, and training to ensure smooth DC operation.
