Job summary

STO Global Fast Express PH Group Corporation is seeking a Branch Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse and distribution center operations in a fast-paced environment. The role focuses on parcel handling, dispatch, inventory monitoring, staff supervision, and ensuring timely delivery while upholding company standards.

Responsibilities include supervising staff and branch operations, coordinating with dispatch teams, and maintaining safety and organization in the facility.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, courier, or distribution operations.
• Experience in supervising staff and daily branch operations.
• Preferably experience with courier/logistics firms such as J&T Express, Shopee Xpress, Flash Express.
• Strong leadership and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the distribution center and warehouse.
• Monitor receiving, sorting, dispatching, and releasing of courier parcels.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of shipments and deliveries.
• Supervise warehouse staff, riders, drivers, and branch personnel.
• Monitor parcel movement and resolve operational issues or delays.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and security of parcels and company assets.
• Prepare operational and inventory reports as required.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety within the warehouse and branch.
• Coordinate with other branches, dispatch teams, and management regarding operations.
• Monitor staff attendance, scheduling, and performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards.
• Handle customer or operational concerns and elevate issues when necessary.
• Perform other related duties assigned by management.
