Job summary

STO Global Fast Express PH Group Corporation is seeking a Branch Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse and distribution center operations in a fast-paced environment. You will supervise staff, monitor parcel flows, and ensure timely processing and delivery of shipments while upholding safety and company standards.

The role requires proven warehouse and logistics experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field is an advantage.
• Proven experience in warehouse, logistics, courier, or distribution operations.
• Experience in supervising staff and daily branch operations.
• Preferably with work experience in the same industry such as J&T Express, Shopee Xpress, Flash Express, or similar courier and logistics companies.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with warehouse processes and inventory monitoring.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the distribution center and warehouse
• Monitor receiving, sorting, dispatching, and releasing of courier parcels
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of shipments and deliveries
• Supervise warehouse staff, riders, drivers, and branch personnel
• Monitor parcel movement and resolve operational issues or delays
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and security of parcels and company assets
• Prepare operational and inventory reports as required
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety within the warehouse and branch
• Coordinate with other branches, dispatch teams, and management regarding operations
• Monitor staff attendance, scheduling, and performance
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards
• Handle customer or operational concerns and elevate issues when necessary
• Perform other related duties assigned by management
