Job summary

Nade Trucking Services is seeking a dispatch coordinator in the Philippines to manage daily trucking operations and ensure on‑time deliveries. You will schedule jobs, coordinate port pickups and deliveries, and verify documentation for each dispatch.

You will also supervise drivers/helpers, monitor schedules, and communicate updates to the team. Flexibility for weekends and holidays is required to support operations.

Qualifications

• Degree in logistics, supply chain, transportation or related field.
• Relevant vocational or technical training is acceptable with experience.
• Minimum one year dispatching or trucking logistics experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and assign trucking jobs based on delivery schedules and client needs.
• Coordinate pick‑ups and deliveries from ports/yard to destinations.
• Ensure delivery documentation is complete at dispatch.
• Manage petty cash disbursement for trips.

Key Responsibilities

  Daily Dispatch Operations

  
  
  
  
  • Schedule and assign trucking jobs based on container delivery schedule, and client requirements.
  
  
  • Coordinate pick-up and delivery of containers from major ports or container yards to designated destinations.
  
  
  • Ensure all document requirements for the delivery is complete upon dispatch
  
  
  • Manage/liquidate petty cash expenses for deliveries.

  TABS Booking & Manifest Management

  
  
  
  
  • Process Terminal Appointment Booking System (TABS) reservations to secure port entry schedules for trucks.
  
  
  • Ensure each TABS booking has a corresponding truck assignment and manifest to avoid no-shows and penalties.

  Cargo Movement Coordination

  
  
  
  
  • Monitor ongoing trips to ensure timely execution of delivery schedules.
  
  
  • Coordinate with port operators, shipping lines, customs brokers, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth cargo flow.

  • Provide clear trip instructions, updates, and operational guidance to drivers.
  
  
  • Monitor driver performance, adherence to schedules, and compliance with company policies.

  • Use fleet management tools to track status of deliveries

  • Address operational challenges such as port congestion, equipment unavailability, traffic delays, and customs holds.
  
  
  • Implement contingency measures to prevent costly service disruptions.
  
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, or related field (preferred).


• Vocational or technical training in logistics operations (acceptable with relevant experience).


• Minimum 1 year in dispatching for trucking, logistics, or freight forwarding, preferably in import/export operations.


• Hands-on experience with TABS booking procedures, manifest preparation, and petty cash disbursement for trip expenses is highly preferred.


• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by operations and client schedules.
