Job summary

FPS, a global omnichannel solutions organization, is seeking a Partner Support Specialist in Davao, Philippines. You will handle service and dispatch calls, update customer and towing information, and coordinate with towing partners to resolve issues efficiently.

Qualifications

• 2 years of call center experience in BPO or similar.
• Experience with dispatch and customer service workflows is preferred.
• Must have strong English communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer service and dispatch calls; provide vehicle location information and alternate numbers.
• Handle dispatch calls; escalate when necessary and coordinate with tow drivers/companies.
• Document conversations and keep records of calls and towing details.
• Relay information between towing companies, vehicle owners, drivers, and local enforcement.
• Move quickly in a fast-paced environment to meet customer needs.
