Responsibilities

• Dispatch and monitor job orders, ensuring timely visits, installations, and accurate system updates.
• Validate dispatched job orders and ensure timely and accurate billing submissions.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly technical operations reports.
• Coordinate with technicians, subcontractors, and internal departments to resolve installation and operational concerns.
• Support installation targets, inventory and logistics requests, port reservations, and NAP changes.
• Perform other operational tasks and special projects as assigned by management.
