Job summary

FGC+ is seeking a Dispatch Specialist to coordinate scheduling and dispatch for service orders, deliveries, and field personnel. The role emphasizes real-time updates, SLA adherence, and cross-functional collaboration with drivers, technicians, and partners.

You will monitor performance, validate orders for billing, and generate weekly updates highlighting improvements and root-cause actions. A customer-service mindset and strong communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher is recommended.
• Medical logistics knowledge is preferred.
• Prior experience in Customer Service is required or preferred.
• Experience using CRM/ERP or similar platforms is preferred.
• Experience with helpdesk software is a plus.
• Transportation experience is a big plus.
• Strong verbal and written skills are essential.
• High attention to detail and confidentiality awareness.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling and dispatch of service orders and field personnel.
• Communicate with internal teams, drivers, and external partners to meet SLAs.
• Audit delivery performance and KPI data using Dispatch Boards.
• Create weekly performance updates and identify process improvements.
• Handle customer inquiries via calls and tickets across the country.
• Provide clear status updates on orders and driver locations.
• Identify opportunities to optimize processes and technology usage.
• Deliver excellent customer service and support ad hoc tasks as needed.
