Job summary

Prima Express is seeking a Dispatch Coordinator to support its transportation and logistics program in Ortigas, Pasig. You will manage orders, scheduling, driver assignments, and real-time tracking to ensure on-time delivery and accuracy.

You will communicate with drivers, brokers, and customers, handle inquiries, and uphold data privacy and compliance policies while maintaining service excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in back-office, logistics processing, or dispatch roles.
• Experience with transport operations and customer service appreciated.
• Ability to use dispatch software and maintain data quality.

Responsibilities
