Responsibilities
- Coordinate fleet operations, schedule vehicle maintenance, and optimize routes.
- Oversee fleet operations and maintenance schedules
- Coordinate vehicle leasing and purchasing processes
- Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards
- Manage fuel efficiency and cost control initiatives
- Track fleet metrics and provide performance reports
- Collaborate with drivers and external vendors
- Assist in budget preparation and expense management
Qualifications
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in fleet management or coordination.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in planning, strategic planning, and supply chain management.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional fieldwork; may require weekend hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, strong analytical and communication skills.
