Job summary

Getwingapp is seeking an Account Placement Specialist for Wing Assistant to manage end-to-end client engagement across multiple markets, including the Philippines and international clients. You will run discovery calls, qualify needs, and present live candidates directly in calls with real-time updates via Discord.

Candidates should be adept at improvising on calls, briefing candidates in minutes, and moving deals quickly to close while maintaining an active candidate bench and strict post-close

Qualifications

• Experience running outbound/discovery through to close — not just handing off qualified leads.
• Recruiting or sourcing with genuine same-day turnaround, not multiday pipelines.
• Comfortable improvising live — can brief a candidate in 10–15 minutes on the spot.
• Fast and responsive by nature — minutes, not hours, is the role's working speed.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end client engagement from intake to close.
• Run discovery calls, qualify client needs, and present Wing's value.
• Bring live, vetted candidates directly into calls; avoid async profiles.
• Maintain candidate bench with role, industry, and availability tagging.
• Confirm candidate availability at T-24h and T-30min, with backups ready.
