Wing Assistant is hiring an Account Placement Specialist in Manila to manage end-to-end client engagement. You will interpret client needs, quickly source candidates, and present live, vetted profiles during calls.

The role emphasizes real-time judgment, fast action, and hands-on closing with guidance via Discord. You will maintain a ready candidate bench and drive post-close compliance and onboarding coordination in real time.

Qualifications

• Has personally run outbound/discovery through to close — not just handed off qualified leads.
• Recruiting or sourcing experience with genuine same-day turnaround.
• Comfortable improvising live and briefing a candidate on the spot.
• Fast and responsive by nature; minutes, not hours, is the working speed.

Responsibilities

• Understand client input via intake forms and match candidates using ATS data.
• Discovery calls to qualify needs and present Wing's value with live, vetted candidates.
• Read the room, close and formalize next steps in Discord/JRF within 30–60 minutes.
• Maintain a candidate bench; tag by role, industry and availability for rapid matches.
• Confirm candidate availability at T-24h and T-30min; keep backups ready.
• After close, finalize compliance and matching and keep onboarding status synced.
