Wing Assistant is seeking an Account Placement Specialist to manage end-to-end client engagement across the Philippines, LATAM, and global markets. This role emphasizes real-time judgment, live calls, and fast turnarounds rather than scripted interactions.

The team coordinates in Discord as the single source of truth, ensuring immediate post-demo handoffs, candidate matching, and onboarding status updates. Hybrid work setup with onsite Makati location.

Qualifications

• Must have run outbound/discovery through to close, not just handed off leads.
• Recruiting or sourcing with genuine same-day turnaround.
• Comfortable improvising live and briefing a candidate quickly.
• Highly responsive; minutes, not hours, are expected.

Responsibilities

• Understand client input and leverage ATS to find matching candidates.
• Run full discovery calls and qualify client needs, presenting Wing's value.
• Bring live, vetted candidates directly into calls; no recordings.
• Read the room and close with next steps within 30–60 minutes.
• Maintain a taggable candidate bench by role, industry, availability.
• Confirm candidate availability at T-24h and T-30min; have backups ready.
• Finalize compliance and matching after a deal closes and align onboarding.
