Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc is seeking an experienced Billing & Disbursement Manager to optimize disbursement, billing, and collections workflows. You will partner with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks, analyze data trends, and drive continuous improvements across the finance cycle.

The ideal candidate has minimum 5 years in billing/collections, strong accounting knowledge, and ERP system expertise (SAP/Oracle/QuickBooks). Onsite work with salary + HMO benefits in the Philippines.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of experience in billing, collections, and disbursement management.
Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial controls.

Responsibilities

Work closely with cross-functional units to identify bottlenecks in disbursement, billing, and collection cycles.
Analyze unit performance data to spot trends, forecast workflow volumes, and identify areas for improvement.
Maintain and update performance dashboards for disbursements, billing, and collections.
Ensure all activities comply with internal controls, policies, and regulatory standards.
Consolidate billing disputes, difficult collection accounts, and vendor payment issues.
Develop, maintain, and regularly update SOPs for the department.
