Job summary

aticom technology inc. in Taguig City is seeking a Finance Operations Lead to optimize disbursement, billing, and collections processes onsite. You will analyze performance data, maintain dashboards, and drive standardization across teams.

You will partner with IT during system upgrades, prepare UAT data, ensure compliance with internal controls, and support audits while developing clear SOPs for ongoing operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in billing, collections, and disbursement management.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial controls.

Responsibilities

• Identify bottlenecks in disbursement, billing, and collection cycles and implement efficiencies.
• Maintain performance dashboards for disbursements, billing, and collections.
• Collaborate with IT during system upgrades and prepare test data for UAT.
• Ensure compliance with financial controls and assist audits.
• Develop and update SOPs for the department.
• Support cross-functional units in workflow standardization.
