Qualifications

Job Description:

1. Responsible in receiving and checking of Accounts Payables from Accounting.
2. Performs the preparation and releasing of checks (uploading via the system or Manual Checks).
3. Updating of daily sales report (on-hand or release checks).
4. Responsible in generating of Monthly Bank Statement of Accounts.
5. Performs the payment and processing of Government Mandated via One Hub of monthly.
6. Closing Government Mandated dues and monthly payroll.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree Accountancy, Finance or any related courses.
2. Must have basic knowledge of accounting principal such as Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
3. Keen attention to details.
4. Can work with minimum supervision.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially in Excel).
