HRTX seeks an Enterprise Architect Director to provide technical leadership and governance across architecture domains in the Philippines. You will guide best practices, lead client engagements, and mentor a high-performing team to deliver innovative solutions.

You will shape roadmaps, oversee design, and ensure delivery quality, security, and cost optimization while aligning with business objectives in complex IT programs.

Formación

• Graduate with a Bachelors Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related field; MBA is a plus.
• 15+ years building and designing technical solutions across architecture domains.
• 5+ years leading technology teams on large IT/digital transformation projects.
• TOGAF Certified Enterprise Architect or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide enterprise architecture leadership, guidance, and governance across domains and standards.
• Lead architecture strategy, roadmaps, patterns, and enterprise capability policies.
• Engage with client executives as trusted advisors on architecture matters.
• Ensure solutions meet security, reliability, performance, and cost goals.
