Job summary

Staff4Me in Cebu City, Philippines seeks a Director of Technology Engineering & Data Services to lead software engineering, data analytics, automation, and enterprise architecture efforts. You will convert business priorities into roadmaps, establish disciplined delivery, and ensure secure, maintainable, and production-ready solutions.

The role focuses on improving delivery predictability, promoting reuse, automation, and responsible AI adoption across teams and client projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/Eng or related field, or equivalent experience.
10+ years in software, data, automation, or related tech disciplines.
5+ years leading managers/engineers with delivery responsibility.
Strong knowledge of modern application architecture, APIs, cloud, CI/CD, observability.
Experience delivering solutions for a BPO, MSP, NOC, or multi-client operations.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a multi-year roadmap for applications, platforms, data, automation, and architecture.
Establish portfolio governance with clear ownership and outcomes for initiatives.
Enforce disciplined SDLC and DevSecOps practices, including automation and secure delivery.
Lead solution architecture reviews and promote reusable patterns and standards.
Drive data governance, trusted reporting, and clear business ownership.
Identify automation and AI opportunities with responsible controls and measurable outcomes.
Ensure APIs, data pipelines are observable, resilient, and scalable.
Coordinate release readiness, security, and production readiness with stakeholders.
