Basilio Inc is seeking a Chief of Staff to join the Executive & Leadership team and drive execution across the group. You will be the founders' right hand, translating direction into plans, owning outcomes, and reporting with no spin.

In a remote-first, data-driven environment, you lead cross-brand initiatives, build leadership capability, and ensure tight cadence, deadlines, and alignment with strategy.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; advanced degree a plus.
• 6+ years in operations, strategy, consulting, or chief-of-staff roles.
• Fluent English, strong organizational skills, and ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Turn the founders' direction into plans, owners, and deadlines.
• Drive execution across brands and hold everyone to the plan.
• Run leadership cadence, priorities, and reporting.
• Step into whatever the business needs most that week.
• Keep the founders out of the weeds and on the vision.
• Build and develop the leaders and teams under you.
