Basilio Inc is seeking a Chief of Staff to join the Executive & Leadership team and drive execution across the group. You will be the founders' right hand, translating direction into plans, owning outcomes, and reporting with no spin.

In a remote-first, data-driven environment, you lead cross-brand initiatives, build leadership capability, and ensure tight cadence, deadlines, and alignment with strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; advanced degree a plus.

Job Summary

Basilio Inc is building the leadership bench that runs the company day to day so the founders can move to the back seat and guide from there. These are the seats that own strategy, delivery, and results across the whole business.

As a Chief of Staff at Basilio Inc, you be the founders' right hand and drive execution of strategy across the group. You sit inside the Executive & Leadership team, own your results, and are measured on what you move, not hours logged.

Basilio Inc is a growth and marketing company that builds and runs brands across Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, and the open web. We hire operators, train them on proven systems, and give them real accounts to run. This is a remote-first, outcome-owned role for someone who wants to do the best work of their career on brands that are actually scaling.

What You Will Own

A Typical Week

• Move your core metrics: execution of leadership priorities on time and cross-brand alignment
• Hands-on execution in PM and BI tools, Google Workspace, CRM
• Sync with the founders, the other directors, and every team lead and report progress

What Success Looks Like

• First 30 to 60 days: you are fully ramped on your accounts and tools and already moving execution of leadership priorities on time
• Ongoing: you consistently hit target on execution of leadership priorities on time and cross-brand alignment
• You leave every account, campaign, or project measurably better than you found it

Who You Will Work With

You work alongside the founders, the other directors, and every team lead across the group. You report to your division director and partner directly with account teams and, where the role calls for it, clients.

Working With AI (Required)

AI experience is required for this role. You are fluent with ChatGPT (OpenAI) and Claude (Anthropic), comfortable running models through OpenRouter and open models such as Qwen, and you write clear, effective prompts. Most of the work at Basilio Inc is AI-augmented, so you use AI to work faster and sharper every day while owning the judgment, accuracy, and final result yourself.

You lead an AI-augmented company. You set the standard for how teams use AI, make the calls on tools and workflows, and expect every function to be faster and sharper because of it, without ever giving up human judgment or accountability.

This role also works with the advanced stack: routing between models through OpenRouter, including Aux Alpha (an OpenRouter-routed model) and Qwen, choosing the right model for each task, and orchestrating multi-step, AI-assisted and agentic workflows. You understand the purpose and tradeoffs of each model and can build and supervise AI systems, not just single prompts.
