As the senior IT partner to the General Manager, you translate business needs into IT requirements, align with corporate standards, manage IT budgets and vendor relationships, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive IT experience.
• 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial IT environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the full IT footprint at Cavite and Laguna factories, including infrastructure, operations, applications, and OT systems.
• Lead site IT team and manage staffing, performance, and development.
• Align local IT with corporate strategy; drive changes and governance.
