Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, Education, or a related field.
• Experience in Training and Development, Learning and Development, and Employee Engagement, preferably in a retail or fast-paced business environment.
• Proven experience in designing, implementing, and enhancing learning programs and employee engagement initiatives.
• Strong understanding of organizational development, employee experience, and culture-building strategies.
• Experience evaluating program effectiveness, managing budgets, and optimizing resources.
• Strong leadership, project management, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical learning and engagement solutions.

Responsibilities

• Leads the development and implementation of training and development strategies, programs, and learning frameworks aligned with organizational goals and business requirements.
• Oversees the design, review, and continuous improvement of training modules and programs to ensure relevance, effectiveness, and alignment with business operations.
• Develops and leads employee engagement strategies and initiatives that strengthen organizational culture, employee experience, and overall employee participation.
• Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of training and engagement programs, manages resources and budgets, and provides recommendations to management for continuous improvement.
