Qualifications

• 15+ years of SSC/Global Business Services (GBS) experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record leading 150+ FTE multi-tower operations (O2C, P2P, R2R).
• Strong stakeholder management and C-suite communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy for scaling the SSC to support future business growth.
• Ensure timely and efficient delivery of Finance processes.
