Job summary

Travel with the Grooves, Inc. (RIMOWA PH) is seeking a Director of Facilities & Maintenance to own the end-to-end facilities function across all locations.

You will ensure reliability, readiness, safety, and cost-effectiveness in daily operations. The role oversees maintenance, repairs, CAPEX projects, asset management, vendor performance, safety and emergency response, and leads teams to meet standards and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Director-level leadership overseeing facilities and maintenance across locations.
• Ability to manage safety, compliance, and emergency response.
• Experience delivering CAPEX projects and asset lifecycle management.
• Strong vendor management and cost-control capabilities.
• Ability to enforce standards and accountability across teams.

Job description

The Director of Facilities & Maintenance is the single point of accountability for the reliability, readiness, safety, and cost-effectiveness of the Company's facilities across all locations.

The role owns the end-to-end Facilities & Maintenance function, covering maintenance, repairs, projects, CAPEX, asset management, vendor performance, safety, compliance, and emergency response.

This is an execution leadership role with full ownership of outcomes, with authority to make operational decisions, manage risks, enforce standards, and hold teams and service providers accountable.
