Job summary

RELX seeks a Director of Cases to lead the REPH Cases teams across Global Editorial Operations in Manila, driving customer satisfaction and retention. You will set performance goals, manage budgets, and coordinate with business units to deliver world-class service while leveraging Generative AI and automation to enhance content workflows.

Qualified candidates will have 7–10 years of leadership in editorial environments, a strong customer focus, and a track record of process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 7–10 years leadership experience and strong business acumen in editorial.
• Must possess a strong customer focus and a proven track record in quality and process improvement.
• Ability to lead teams through change and communicate with leadership across continents.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage REPH Cases teams (Collection, Conversion, Data Management, Content Editing, Legal Editing & Print manufacturing).
• Ensure SLAs are met and exceeded; set goals and measurements for regional performance.
• Drive process improvements and content systems enhancements, including automation and AI solutions.
