Job summary

RELX is seeking a Director of Cases to lead the REPH Cases teams across Global Editorial Operations. You will drive SLA achievement, set performance goals, and implement AI-enabled initiatives to improve content workflows and customer experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Lead the Global Editorial Operations' Cases teams to meet and exceed SLAs
Set goals and metrics for regional teams to meet business requirements
Develop strategic initiatives leveraging Generative AI and ACP agentic solutions
Manage customer relationships and set expectations for world-class experience
Oversee hiring, training and performance management within area of responsibility
Manage escalations and coordinate projects with other departments
Drive process improvements for content systems, tools and technology including automation and RPA
