Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required with 7–10 years of leadership experience in editorial.
• Strong customer focus and proven track record of achieving quality and process improvements.
• Ability to lead teams through change and communicate with leaders across cultures.

Responsibilities

• Lead the REPH Cases teams within Global Editorial Operations across regions.
• Ensure SLAs are met and exceeded; set goals and performance measurements.
• Manage hiring, training, and development of personnel within area of responsibility.
