Job summary

RELX is seeking an Editorial Operations Effectiveness Manager to shape and execute the operations strategy for Editorial Operations in alignment with REPH and broader business priorities. You will translate strategic objectives into prioritized improvement initiatives, lead transformation programs, and establish governance, risk, and reporting for the initiative portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Green Belt or Black Belt Certification.
• Agile Associate Certification.
• CAPE Automation Certification.
• 3–5 years minimum experience with LexisNexis platforms or equivalent.
• Experience with editorial content operations preferred.
• Experience in managing projects.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate innovation and process improvement with cross-functional teams.
• Propose and present improvement projects with data-backed sizing and potential savings.
• Oversee project initiation, planning, execution and closing.
• Define and monitor project status against goals.
• Coordinate with Project Team to mitigate risks and ensure timelines.
• Collaborate with Engineering/Technology on project status.
• Create communications plans for changes affecting REPH operations.
• Monitor results post-deployment and adjust strategy as needed.
• Mentor teammates in Continuous Improvement initiatives (RIE, JDI, YB/GB, automation).
• Identify knowledge gaps and build team competence.
• Enhance reporting and data presentation using Tableau or MS Office.
• Monitor production and prioritize resources across teams.
