Job summary

RELX International is seeking an Editorial Operations Effectiveness Manager to drive the operations strategy and execution for Editorial Operations, aligning with REPH, LexisNexis, and broader priorities. The role translates strategic objectives into a prioritized portfolio of process improvement, globalization, automation, and agile initiatives.

The Manager will work with SMEs, managers, and cross-functional partners to develop roadmaps, implement plans, and establish governance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred.
Agile Associate certification beneficial.
CAPE Automation certification beneficial.
3–5 years minimum experience with LexisNexis platforms or equivalent, editorial content ops preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead the execution of process review, streamlining, globalization, automation, BPM, Agile, and transformation initiatives.
Establish governance, reporting, risk management, and stakeholder communication for the initiative portfolio.
Monitor performance, track benefits post-deployment, and adjust strategy and roadmap.
Mentor teams on continuous improvement projects (RIE, JDI, YB/GB, automation).
Coordinate with Engineering/Technology on project status and resource allocation.
